A. Select and collect the materials and equipment needed. There are many options here, but to start I suggest using the tools and materials you have from this list.

2. Take 22 ounces of distilled water or Aloe Vera juice / gel until the rapid boil in a large saucepan and reduce heat to medium. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, citric acid 1/2 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon of potassium sorbate if you have it. Once dissolved add 1 teaspoon of each herb you choose, and one tea bag of your choice. Once everything has been boiled for 10 minutes on medium, reduce heat to low and continue simmering for 30 minutes.

3. Get ready and prepare a mixture of oil and the mixer bowl. For this recipe you will put 5 ounces of oil into a small saucepan you. Add 5 tablespoons emulsifying wax or beeswax shredded (6 if you do not have the stearic acid), 1 tablespoon of stearic acid (2 if you want a really thick), 1 teaspoon of honey and about 1/8 teaspoon vitamin E oil or rosemary extract.

4. After a mixture of herbs you are done, start boiling water in medium saucepan or the bottom of your double boiler. Strain the herbal mixture into your mixing bowl, squeeze all the good juice of herbs and tea bags.

5. After you boil the water, carefully set up a small pan of oil over the mixture until all the wax is dissolved. No more second. stir frequently and do not let oil get too hot. Remove from heat.

6. Start with the herbal mix the batter mixture while slowly adding the oil mixture. Be careful, this can burn you. It's okay to let the mixture cool a bit, but they must be hot to the mix. Blend on medium for two minutes.

8. Finally, cool the bottle of lotion you made until you are ready to use. This recipe will last up to 3 months in the refrigerator in a normal condition. Do not leave in the sun heat or direct sunlight. Good luck!
